Ingredients required for "Irish Coffee":

1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey 1 tsp Brown sugar (Demerara) 6 oz hot Coffee Heavy cream

How to prepare this drink:

Combine whiskey, sugar and coffee in mug and stir to dissolve. Float cold cream gently on top. Do not mix.

Ideally served in a Irish coffee cup
