Ingredients required for "Half & Half":

1 part Harp Lager 1 part Guinness stout

How to prepare this drink:

Fill a pint glass half full with Harp. Slowly fill the remainder of the glass with Guiness, pouring slowly over the back side of a spoon. It should layer nicely.

Ideally served in a Pint glass
