Ingredients required for "Jeremiah":

1/3 oz Creme de Cacao 1/3 oz White Creme de Menthe 1/3 oz Kahlua Small handful Ice Milk

How to prepare this drink:

Mix ingredients except Milk in mixing glass. Add ice. Fill with milk. Shake vigourously. Pour into glass. Serve.

Ideally served in a Hurricane glass
