Ingredients required for "Bleeding Orgasm":

1 bottle Vodka 1 bottle Bacardi 151 proof rum 2 cans Cranberry juice (frozen or bottled) 1 Pineapple 1 Mountain Dew

How to prepare this drink:

Cut the pineapple into small chunks and soak them in the vodka and rum for 20-30 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and you're all good.

Ideally served in a Punch bowl
